A Power Tank is a portable onboard air system filled with CO2 gas.

Over 20 years ago, Steve Sasaki assembled the first Power Tank by hand in his garage. His goal was to create a reliable and portable source of fast air for off-road vehicles. The initial Power Tank was made using CO2 bottles and readily available hardware.

After years of perfecting and improving it, the Power Tank system has expanded to include Super Flow™, a range of mounting brackets, heavy-duty tire inflators, and high-flow Monster Valve tire stems. Additionally, Power Tank now offers Nitrogen equipment for shock tuning, propane tank brackets for off-road and marine use, ARB and air locker kits, and mini Power Tanks suitable for quads and side-by-sides.

Tank Regulator

Power Tank Regulators are designed specifically for use with compressed CO2 to prevent freezing. At the bottom of each regulator, they feature a quick disconnect coupler 

Tank Boot

The Tank Boot provides additional support and protection when using or transporting your Power Tank, preventing dents and scratches.

Super Flex Cross Braided Hose

The Super-Flex hose has a working pressure of 400 PSI and a burst pressure of 1200 PSI. It can stretch up to 30 feet, making it easier to reach all your tires without moving your Tank repeatedly.

Power Grip Guard

Our Power Grip Guard handle is a patented design and is machined from billet aluminum. It features cut-outs to hold your air hose or tools off the ground, keeping them clean. It was designed to protect your regulator and bottle valve from a 4 ft drop onto concrete.

They use liquid CO2 that you can easily fill at your local Fire Extinguisher Service Shops, Welding Gas Suppliers, Beverage Carbonics, and Homebrew Supply businesses. Some businesses can even refill your tank on the same day!! We recommend that you call ahead of time to ensure they can fill your tank.
